Abstract Background Over the years teaching has being a radical open approach to boerhaaves. Here at Queen Alexandra Hospital, we wanted show minimally invasive boerhaaves and prove be feasible option, obviously in selected cases under specialist UGI unit. Methods A recording was obtained of case endoscopy with permission. Results We were able contain mediastinal contamination while same time, primarily repair laceration transhiatally.
